Dr. Lee is a highly seasoned specialist dedicated to providing advanced surgical solutions and holistic obstetric care. With over 20 years of practice as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, she has built a reputation for clinical excellence and a compassionate, patient-first philosophy. An avid obstetrician, Dr. Lee is deeply committed to providing comprehensive antenatal care and has safely managed more than 8,000 deliveries to date. She is widely recognized by her patients and peers for being friendly, approachable, and meticulously detailed in her care.
Her practice is centered on minimally invasive techniques, including vNOTES, that allow patients to undergo complex procedures without abdominal incisions, ensuring a faster recovery and minimal post-operative pain. With a particular forte in managing high-complexity cases, Dr. Lee possesses extensive expertise in the laparoscopic treatment of large uteri, significant fibroids, ovarian cysts and advanced hysteroscopic surgery. By combining decades of surgical experience with a gentle, communicative nature, Dr. Lee ensures that every woman feels heard and supported while navigating even the most challenging reproductive health conditions.

- An advanced laparoscopic surgeon, she has extensive experience in navigating difficult pelvic environments, including severe endometriosis, dense adhesions from previous surgeries, large fibroids and cysts.
- Award-Winning Care: Recipient of the 20-Year Long Service Award (2024) and a consistent winner of the SingHealth Excellent Service Awards (Star, Gold, and Silver) for the last 15 years, demonstrating her heart for patient care.
- Prolific Surgical Milestone: To date, she has performed more than 4,500 laparoscopic surgeries over the last 15 years and close to 200 vNOTES cases in the last 3.5 years.
- Specialised Skills:
- Minimally invasive gynaecological surgery: including complex laparoscopic procedures, management of complex fibroids (up to 13cm) and large cysts, severe endometriosis, and pelvic adhesions.
- vNOTES (Vaginal Natural Orifice Transendoluminal Endoscopic Surgery) surgery for hysterectomy, cystectomy, and myomectomy for major gynaecological procedures to be performed without abdominal incisions, resulting in minimal pain and a scarless outcome.
- Newer non-incisional methods: Transvaginal radiofrequency and microwave ablation of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
- Operative hysteroscopy for treatment of intracavitory fibroids, polyps, uterine septum and uterine adhesions to optimise fertility, treat heavy menses and irregular bleeding.
- Colposcopy: assessment and laser treatment (LEEP) of pre-cancerous cervical conditions.
Education and Training
Dr. Lee obtained her medical degree from the National University of Singapore and completed her post-graduate specialty training to attain her membership with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK). Accredited as a Specialist in O&G by the Ministry of Health (Singapore), she is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore (FAMS) and holds specialized accreditation as a practicing colposcopist with the SCCPS.
To further her surgical mastery, she was awarded a prestigious HMDP fellowship in Taiwan, where she received advanced training in complex pelvic laparoscopic surgery, vNOTES, and hysteroscopic techniques. This international training forms the foundation of her expertise in modern, scarless gynaecological surgery.
Dedicated to medical education, Dr. Lee shares her 20 years of clinical knowledge as a Teaching Faculty Member for hands-on laparoscopic workshops. She has been a key contributor to the KKH Gynaecological Teaching Conference in conjunction with the Regional APAGE Congress, helping to train the next generation of surgeons.
